1, Our working time is 9:00-17:30(Daytime) and 18:30 to 22:30(Night), Chinese Time. During daytime, you can contact us by email or phone at any time. During night, please send email to us or call our salesmen's mobiles. After 22:30, please call our salesmen's mobiles if you have urgent inquiry.

2, The processes of placing an order to us:

3,Unit Price: The Unit Price highly depends on your quantity and  your request.  More details you offer, more accurate price we quote. Pirlo can offer you very competitive price if you order large quantity.

4, Leading time: Pirlo has many different clients that we have to arrange the production schedule in advance. Regarding the leading time, please contact our salesman for details.

5, Minimum Order Quantity: Due to all the products from us are custom-made orders. So Pirlo need ask for Minimum Order Quantity. The Minimum Order Quantity is different according to different product and request.

6, Regarding your design&samples: We welcome clients to sent us your samples if you can not find it from our website. Pirlo has ability to produce an exactly alike one as your sample.

7, Shipping Way : Clients can choose different shipping way. Like by ship, by air or by express. Pirlo has its own shipping forwarders that we can offer you one-stop serivce no matter where you are.
